Title: Monday Roll Call for August 27
Post by: Angela on August 27, 2018 at 07:49 AM
Today I want to share some wisdom from my late grandma:

Don't meet trouble halfway.
Let it travel the full distance,
because something usually happens to it before it arrives.

Anxiety and worry seem to be such a common part of bedrest. There's just too much time to think about all that might go wrong! Try not to get trapped in that kind of thinking. Instead, feel confident knowing that you are doing all you can to keep your baby (or babies) safe.

Keep 'em cookin'!

Today at 39+2, short cervix at 1.7 at 21 wks, down to 0.7cm at 32 wks, 4 in-house monitorings, no bed rest but pelvic rest and no working out, progesterone suppositories, stopped them and all restrictions at 37wks, doing squats, having sex, no sign of emerging of our baby boy for this FTM.  The anxiety of preterm labor obviosuly gone only to be replaced by new high risk designation of past due date. Omg. You can do this ladies! Keep em cooking but don't let them stew too much. Its been a wild ride for 5mos!!!!!
