Keep strong!!! You will be where I am soon enough. It felt like it took forever to get to 30 weeks. Now I look back and feel time passed fast and now the weeks fly by.

I just completed 33 weeks yesterday, 13 weeks on bedrest and praying to make it to at least 36 weeks feeling so blessed.

Candice I love the name!!!!!

Awesome. Keep doing what your doing, many success stories of people making it to term funneled all the way to the stitch. Continue all the precautions possible to keep your little one in there cooking. Keep us updated. I'm 33 weeks as of yesterday.

Hello there, glad to hear you are also going strong. I'm 33 weeks tomorrow :) hopefully I can make it to 36 and then I want to ask to have cerclage taken out at 37 instead of 36 if possible. I will keep everyone updated, and please do the same.

Preterm Labor: Anything and Everything / Re: Snot like discharge

I have a cerclage in place that was placed at 21 weeks rescue emergent cerclage, I am now 32 weeks.  I never had any discharge like that but after cerclage was placed, with your cervix being so short it would be worth a call to the doctor in the morning and getting seen to make sure your cervix is still closed and has not opened at all where they might need to place an additional or replace cerclage

Hello. I bought a wedge pillow from Amazon and as much as I can I lift my pelvis up on it. You can kind of lay side to side. I don't use it when I'm sleeping only off and on throughout the day.

Here is the link.   https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004X7CBFS/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If that doesn't work here is the name of it. DMI Foam Bed Wedge Pillow, Acid Reflux PIllow, Leg Elevation Pillow, Blue, 12 x 24 x 24 inches

I just lift my hips on it as much as I can and don't put any pillows behind my head and then throw my legs over the edge.

I am 35 weeks now, and I am still staying in the hospital. I am moving around more. My cervix is 100% effaced and dilated at 4cm. Baby is still feet breech. I have a C-section scheduled on Aug 24. I hope my baby will stay put until then.

You are doing awesome!!! You have made it so far, congratulations.

I am on 100mg vaginal suppositories at night. Procardia 10mg every 6 hours to prevent contractions. I'm glad your doc is getting you started on the progesterone. Please keep us updated. :).

I would ask for either vaginal progesterone or the injections, also if you are having any contractions I would ask for procardia as well. Continue to do bedrest and pelvic rest no orgasms either. Hopefully you cerclage will hold even if you funnel all the way down to it. There have been many ladies on here who have funneled all the way down and cerclage held and they made it to 30+ weeks. I have funneled down to my stitch but have about 1.4 after it and it's holding closed. I am 31 weeks. When I had my cerclage placed at 21 weeks I had no measureable cervix, bulging membranes and was dilated. I was told I would make it past 26 weeks and here I am beating the odds. Keep your hopes up and hopefully some other ladies can share success stories with you.

UpdAte!!!31 weeks today. Went to specialist and cervix held steady no changes!!!!! Doctor was so surprised, this is the first time I have felt so optimistic that I'm going to make it to at least the 36 week mark ( I make big goals). Cervix is still closed and measuring 1.4cm, cerclage holding strong !!! Without bedrest and cerclage we would have never made it. Feeling so blessed !!!!  A little history had a emergent rescue cerclage placed at 21 weeks for. bulging membranes, dilated and no measureable cervix at the time of placement. Have been on strict bed rest, procardia to prevent contractions, and vaginal progesterone.
