Making the Best of Bed Rest / baby shower

I am almost 32 weeks pregnant and have been on complete bedrest for almost two weeks.  My baby shower is Saturday.  Anyone had any experience with this.  My aunt wants to put me in a comfy chair with my feet elevated.  I go back to the Dr. Thursday. I dont want to miss my shower been pooped up almost two weeks!!!
