little victories
« on: June 10, 2011 at 01:59 PM »
27+2 today and in the hospital for the past week.  They discontinued the mag about 5 hrs ago and things seem ok...I'm on procardia now.  They did an FFN this morning and it was negative...gives me hope to inch forward to 28 weeks!!  I'm doing a tiny little hospital bed dance...

Anyone have experience with procardia...nice little headache it gave me....nothing terrible, but super annoying.

I got used to the headaches I had with procardia. The facial flushing was the most annoying for me.
Due date: 7/7/2011
Twins (we're not finding out the sexes!)
5th pregnancy (5yrs old-put on bedrest with her @ 35wks for PIH)
3 previous losses
Put on bedrest this pregnancy @ 17weeks for Cervical shortening & preterm labor
Thanking God for each day I'm given with my twins!

Procardia gets better after a couple days. I had dizziness, nausea, headaches, and jittery feelings really intensely for the first few days but now I get those symptoms only rarely.

Congrats on getting off mag and a negative FFN!!  That's huge!
