Hi! New mom here.
I would like to know what Braxton Hicks feels like? How do I know Im having BH??? I am in hospital bedrest for another 6 weeks...i did start having tightenings which lasts from 2-5 seconds maybe 2-3 times per week only when i lay flat. Is thay considered BH??

I get them and they feel like tightening across my abdomen. They come about 2-3 times every few days or if I'm sitting up more then I should be.

I think I get them a few times a day, but I honestly don't know if it's a BH contraction or if it's the baby rolling around. My stomach gets hard and tight for a few seconds and then returns to normal. I don't have any pain associated with it except for the initial shock from the tightness. It takes my breath away sometimes haha.
