Effacement and Shortened Dilated Cervix

Hi all. I'm new here.
My EDD: 04/04/19
During my regular visit to the doctor at 26w4d the doctor was stunned to see effacement and shortening of the cervix with .68mm dilation since my pregnancy was going normal till then.
I've been on progesterone shots and tablets ever since then.
Waiting to hear success stories.
I'm 31 years of age and hoping to keep the baby baking till atleast 34-36 weeks. Currently 28w0d

Also to add to this what worries me most is that I feel a movement in my vagina sometimes. More like a vibration. About 2-3 times a day.
Does anyone else feel the same?
I've had no bleeding. No cramps. And the baby's movement is normal and else. Please help

Welcome! My cervix is closed but when my baby was breech, I felt vibrations a lot too but now I dont feel them.
