Monday Roll Call for February 25, 2019

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom."  --Viktor Frankl

So, ladies, what do you wish you could respond to differently? Your partner? This pregnancy? Your children? Your thoughts?

How are you responding now, and what would it look like or what would you say or think to respond differently? How will it free you?

Keep 'em cookin', mamas!

Hi everyone,

I am 32+1 and still cookin!
Right now I wish I could respond to my 3 year old differently. He has really been testing our Patience lately with just about everything! I have been losing my temper with him too much. This current situation has placed so much stress on our entire family. Just hoping the time passes quickly so we can begin our new life as a family of 4

Hello,

For me, I wish I could respond to my anxious/negative thoughts differently...acknowledge them and then let them go rather than dwelling on them. I'm getting better at this but still requires a lot of effort. This would allow me to be more present and content rather than focusing on the 'what ifs' and constantly worrying about the future. Easier said than done!

Wishing everyone a good week,

Lauren
